My name is Revillie I'm a 21 year old military widow with two children. My husband died April 22, 2003. I was contacted by Superior Benefits in early December regarding a credit card to help rebuild or establish credit. Since my husband had recently passed away establishing my own line of credit is something that I am in the midst of trying to do. I decided to pay the $299 for the card with a credit limit of $2,000.

I was told that they have to tell me that it may take 10-15 business days from the date of payment for my card to arrive but that it usually only takes around 5 days. Well they deducted the payment from my account on December 22 and it is now January 12. Still no card. Tried calling the number listed on my online bank statment and they gave me another number... called that number and surprise! I can't get anything but a busy signal! I've been reading all the other complaints on this company and I can't believe how bad a track record this company has and it still manages to stay in business.

Thankfully, because of the other reports on here I will not be allowing 60 days to pass by before contacting my bank! I have written to the e-mail address listed in the report saying Superior Benefits is trying to refund all unhappy customers. According to that report it says I should have a response by end of business tomorrow.... we'll see. If they haven't replied by then I'm contacting my bank. If my bank can't help me I'm contacting the local DA's office. I'm sure a judge would love to hear how this company has scammed a military widow with two small children one of whom was born only a week after her husbands passing!

Real nice company integrity you've got there Superior Benefits! OH and if I do get through on that number just LET one of your customer service reps get rude with me, I have enough to deal with right now I don't need chasing down some fraudulent slime ball added to it all and I'm sure any judge in America would agree! I have enough grief and you have done nothing but add to it!
