I have the same old story. I got a call from a Superior Benefits representative claiming if I give them the one time processing fee of $299.00, I am "Guaranteed" a VISA with a credit limit of at LEAST $2,000.00. This was in November, they took the $299.00 directly out of my account on Dec. 8, 2003. Needles to say I never received the Visa, in fact I didnt even receive the useless coupon package some of the other victim's received!

Thankfully, I relized I wasn't going to be receiving anything from this company in time to have my bank reverse the transaction. I am still in the process of getting this done, my bank was very understanding and has helped me through the nessesary procedure's. I was also luck in the fact that one of the hired "Representatives" for Superior Benefits was sick of dealing with the same old questions being asked by their victims, that he just simply told me, "If Superior Benefits had done this to me, I wouldn't be taking it as well as you are!"

I just wanted to say Thank You! After taking your advice, I went to my bank and demanded a reverse transaction be done on "Superior Benefits". It took a while (and alot of paper signing) but I received my $299.00 back today, and I feel justice has been done! I know "Superior Benefits" is now claiming to be giving refunds to the individuals who's money they took, but forgive me if I didn't hold my breath! I encourage all who have fallen for their scam to do as I did and let your bank take care of it. Thank you again for all you have done!
