I was contacted By phone on 12/18/2003. The person said that I was pre-apporved for an Unsucure Visa card.
With a $2000.00 Credit limit and cash advances of up to $500.00 aday The one time Process fee of $299.00 and in 15 to 20 working days I would recive The visa card fedral exspress I asked this person on the phone 3 times this is a visa card and she stated yes.

On 12/22/2003 The money was taken out of my savings account. On 1/28/2004 I called my Bank to find out who had trans fred the money they told me a company called Superior I called and they told me they were hired by a company Called Superior benefits and the 866 number we all have learned to hate. I called and have learned how lucky I was becuase I got right trough. The gentleman on the phone told me the reason It was taking so long was I gave a p.o. box and not a physical address so it was sent priority mail and would be here in another 20 days.
I went to the post office and asked how long it would take they told me about 4 to 5 days.

That same day a lady called and stated the benifit packege for me was laying on here desk I then asked again is there a visa card in it she said yes that is why it had to be sent prioroty mail and she was sending it out that day and I should have it in 15 days I told her what the post office had said.

On 2-2-2004 I got the package we all know what is in it.
I came home and called the 866 number waited 20minutes to be told no was there. Came on here and found out that they have done this before. Also read what they have told rip-off site so I went to the upstate bbb and found another 85 reports on them and how only 2 people have got a refund.

Well this morning I started on the 866 number waited a half hour and then talked to Dale Lewis he exsplained how I misunderstood what the sale person was saying.
He also infromed me that he was not a Superior benefits enployee he worked for a customer service company that handles sevral differnt companys He also stated he has never been to the building that Superior benefits work out of.

He also exsplained the refund paper in the packet is for a refund for 49 dollars not the $299.00 you payed Becuase when they get your bank info it states no refunds. After 1 hour on the phone with the man I got a whole lot of nothing other than I was not going to get my money back.
He did tell me to have my bank reverse the charges.
The whole time he was breaking off to talk to his supervisor on another line.

I asked him don't you get these call before and he said yeah and then changed to no no. He also kept reasureing me he has never lied and never would so I know he was lyeing to me. He also let me know that he got paid off for the juwish holidays and that Superior benefits also observed those holiday so that tells me that he was in the same company.
