Superior Benefits ripoff! Champlin NY *UPDATE SuperiorBenefits working hard to correct problems in customer service, offering refunds, company executives want all customers to be 100% satisfied.
Sometimes during March I got a call got a call offering a major credit card, not a charge card, not a catalog card, a major no-fee-low interest card within 15-20 business days with a 2000 dollars limit, and just a one time 299 fee.
Since I have short history of credit, I needed the extra cash and authorised the debit. They charged my bank account on 12/24, and today, 2/3 I am still waiting. Whenever I call they are telling me "by the end of next week", they are rude, and they hung up on me 3 times, and that's after 17-20 minutes of waiting time.
When I ask to talk to a manager, they either hang up on me or saying "I am a manager". After talking to a "manager" named Jennifer who called me a rude customer, I did some online research, and found this website.
Sadly, I am a victim of this scam too.
I called to cancel the account and get the refund, however, they refused to do this and hung up on me again.
I am filing this report, and will send right after that am email to the owner, hopefully, I will get the refund as promised on this website. If not, I will report a fraud to my bank account.

I emailed the owners of the company, a guy name Scott called me back after 3 days.
I told him the whole story, and he promised me a refund. After 10 business days I did get the refund.
