UPDATE: Click Here to see how Superior Benefits contacts Rip-off Report, stating they will give REFUNDS to unsatisfied customers, working harder to avoid employee & customer misunderstandings.
I was contacted by phone in Nov. and was offered a program to help me rebuild my credit. The program offered me a credit card with a $2000 limit and an information package on how to rebuild my credit. This was all offered for a fee of $299.
I went ahead and did it. I then changed my mind the next day the number I was given to call was busy all day long.I was able to get a hold of someone 3 days later and they informed me it was to late to stop the funds transfer. I asked them to cancel the shipment of the package and give me a refund and was told that the is was non refundable. I received the info packet this month (January) did not recieve a credit card and I have tried getting a hold of the company but the number just rings or is busy.
