I received a call on October 10, 2003 from a company calling themselves Superior Benefits, the lady who called said her name was Ellen Brown. She gave me her pitch and I sunk in. She told me after the money was debited it would take 15 to 20 days before I would get the "Package," after about 45 to 50 days and alot of phone calls and basically getting the run-around, I finally got a package, enclosed was a whole lot of crap. Credit repair brochures, etc. I called back and was told that the bank needed my signature and they were mailing me a form to sign and send back, I would get that in 7 to 10 days. I have yet to get that letter! I have tried calling them for the last two weeks and the number is continously busy. I am genuinely sick to my stomach thinking I may never get my money back.

In the process of writing this report, I tried one more avenue... I got a copy of my statement and on the statement with the transaction was a phone number, calling that number and speaking to someone there is getting my money back.

To anyone who got scammed by Superior Benefits call Ameri at 1-800-400-0792.
