CLICK HERE to see how World Benefits aka Superior Benefits contacts Rip-off Report, stating they will give REFUNDS to unsatisfied customers.

I rec'd a phone call in October stating I would receive a credit card within 30 day. I was advised a 9.9% interest rate and $2000 limit that I could get no interest cash advanced to put back into my bank account.

I agreed due to it being close to christmas and my husband and I being let go and laid off due to lack of work. We have 4 children ages 2, 9, 9, and 12 who ultimately did not have a good christmas because what I was promised was not fullfilled.

It is now February and still no credit card. I have made repeated attempts to call unsuccessfully get this resolved. Now I just need my money back which the company refused to do. All the different representative that I have spoke to throughout this process gave me completely different information which all of it has proven to be false.

With my 11 years of customer service background I sent a letter to the owner stating I would be happy to train the Superior Benefits representatives on soft skills, follow ups, and general knowledge of how to do their jobs at a fee of $300 per representative!!!

Bottom line is I just need my money back to make up to my kids what this company has taken from them!!

They again apologized for the delay. We'll see. Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will. SO you know, Rip-off Report has confirmed 73 refunds so far, and we know there should be many more.
