I was contacted by phone and promised a unsecured master card for the amount of 2000.00 dollars. All I had to do is give them my acct information answer a few questions and give them permission to electronicaly withdrawl 299.00 out of my acct. they took the money out of my acct on december 22nd 2003. I receieved a package in the mail in the 1st week of february. I have been given the run around on the phone for weeks and told that I had to wait for this package before I could get my money back. once I got the package it had no credit card or even a statement in it that mentioned the credit card.

The lady I spoke with on the phone said she was a manager and so did every other individual that i have spoke with for the last 8 weeks. That is a lot of managers. the woman said it wasn't her that put the package together and she didn't know why the pakcage wouldnt mention the credit card but I should be recieving a letter from a bank in a few days with some sort of contract and then i would get the card. It is now feb 12, and I have know new info. when i try to contact them by phone my counter on my telephone is always displaying 33 minutes before someone picks up and even then sometimes i get disconected and have to call back and again 33 minutes before they pick up the phone. I read a report on ripoff.com that said the company was trying to resolve the problem so I gave it one more try the email address benefitz@hotmail.com came back mail demon could not find address

If this isn't a scam then why did they send me a fake web address and give ripoff a e-mail address they don't have.
They won't even talk to me any more on the phone. I have since filed a police report and sent a letter to the local news station seeking help.
