UPDATE: Click Here to see how Superior Benefits contacts Rip-off Report, stating they will give REFUNDS to unsatisfied customers, working harder to avoid employee & customer misunderstandings.

I was contacted by a Vincent Adams from Superior Benefits and told me I was pre-approved for a $2000 Visa card. I gave him some information and he told me that I needed to pay $299 for the card, but I could take a cash advance off of the card to put back into my checking account.

Superior Benefits took out my money on Nov. 11, 2003 and to this day I have not received my new credit card. I am a single mother of 2 boys and just bought a house 6 months ago and needed a few things for around the house. I was skepital at first but this man assured me and gave me a confirmation and I trusted them because I had been applying online for credit cards through lending tree.com and thought this bank was on the up and up.

When I did not receive my card within 7 days, I was right on the phone with them and the customer service rep. told me no, it was not 7 days, I would receive it 15 to 20 business days after they took my money out of my checking acct. By this time I was calling at least 20-30 times before I would get stuck on hold for over 20 minutes.

Then it was shipping's fault because it was going out in bulk mail. And when I got this package by fed express with a bunch of crap on how to rebuild your credit, I knew I had been scammed out of money. You know it's hard enough to rebuild your credit after a bankruptcy and companies like this should be put out of business!
