Caller identified himself as Ricardo ID#7042 offering credit card with no annual fees ever. Had a representative verify my information, stating date of transaction for withdrawal of funds from my account and card to be received in 10-14 days.
I have called the number on my bank statement and was given another number to call since they only handle bank transactions. I have contacted the company three times and told something different each time and was not allowed to speak with Ricardo.
I tried calling the number listed with the Better Business Bureau but it was disconnected. According to what I have read it is a federal offense to call someone offering services for money and not delivering. Therefore, I am contacting my attorney.
