EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

I recieved a phone call from this company offering me a credit card with a guareented 2000.00 limit nothing less. Well since I had my tractor trailer accident a month before and was out of work due to that, I just thought this was a blessing from god. I talked to them about an hour on the phone that night. My wife was leary when they ask for my checking account info, cause they said all fees were waived. They explained to the both of use it was just to verify I had a checking acct. Well I gave them the information. About 2 days later the same guy called back and said my name wasn't on the account just my wife's but they still could issue me the card but they needed my wife's permission to verify the account. My wife then talked to them and they explained to her we were aproved for a 2000.00 limit visa, for a charge of 299.00. She gave them permission to charge her account. We spoke with them several times when the card never came because we used are rent money to pay the 299 fee. Thinking we were getting 2000.00 that would help us so much. We got this package 2 days ago that everyone else got. My wife went through it and didn't find any signiture card. So she typed the name in the computer and found this web sit. I called the company for them to explain it and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. When I told them I couldn't pay my rent now cause I gave them the money they said that wasn't there problem and I would recieve a credit card for 300.00. I can't believe this happened to me now my family will have to move and we have know money we were so depended on this 2000.00. Please someone help us at least reclaim what we lost.
