I got scammed by these people too. They promised a credit card for $299. They took my money and when I finally received my "packet" instead of a credit card, I looked up the web address, "myworldofbenefits.com". My web search came up no such website. The only thing it brought up close to that website was "rip-off report.com" and guess what I found? About 90 reports on this company. So I followed the advice of rip-off.com and went to my bank did a ach reversal and got my money back!!! Thank you rip-off.com!!

These people need to be put out of business. When talking on the phone to these people (after being on hold for 33 minutes)I caught them in a lie. On the first conversation the rep said I would get a mastercard. This guy was telling me it was a visa card. I asked him about it and he tried to tell me he didn't know for sure what kind of card I would get. Can you believe that?

I told him I wanted my money back. He told me it was not possible. I told him the "packet" reads, "You may cancel this order without any penalty or obligation within fifteen days of delivery of our superior benefits package. If you cancel within this fifteen day period, the entire payment made by you for this membership will be returned within ten days after receipt by superior benefits of your notice of cancellation."

His response was, "I would only be entitled to $49." This was after he told me that I could not get anything refunded. I asked him why I had not received my card and why they sent a packet. He told me that I agreed to buy the packet for $299, and they would try to help me get a credit card. I told him that was not what the rep said he never mentioned a packet." He said he had a recording of my confirmation, (you know; the part at the end where they record you saying yes a bunch of times) and he said he wasn't going to get into "he said, you said."

So I said, "It's my word against his huh?" He said, "Yes basically." Then I informed him that I in fact recorded the original coversation (sorry but i am an untrusting person by nature) and asked if he would like to hear it? He did not. At that point I informed him that I was going to my bank to get an ach reversal done and he hung up!

Ha ha ha! These people are crooks! Somebody who could not get their money back (I cannot legally sue since I got my money returned)needs to find an attorney who files "class action lawsuits" and tell them about all the people on here who have been ripped off by superior benefits, and maybe ripoff.com could send an email to everyone reporting this company, so everyone who has and will be ripped off can get together and file a lawsuit on superior benefits. The guy on the phone said the company has been in business for 15 years. Thatss a lot of people ripped off. We need to bankrupt these people once and for all!
