Complaint Review: Superior Capital Solution

WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE NOT IN JAIL BY NOW???  Seriously!!!  Why is America so subject to all of these scams??  The government and law enforcement officials have a fiduciary to protect citizens from these unlawful practices.  The Constitution was set up for two things and two things only: to uphold the court system and protect the country from aggressive attacks.  THEY HAVE FAILED MISERABLY.  Thanks to all who made their reports.  It has saved me and my team at least $1588. When I started my due diligence on this company I could not find Sam Richmond's credit card processing company, Superior Capital Solutions anywhere except the BBB showed he opened an account last month when the video he offers on CL says it is a 20 year old company. RED FLAG, NOT GOOD.  My colleague when straight to the Rip Off Report and forwarded the results to me immediately.  I certainly would not have "bought into the company" without clear documentation, but I have been taken in before.  I am disgusted that this is still going on and taking money from people who are looking for work for compensation!! They are getting away with it.  It is not the first scam company I have been accosted by by any means.  The Feds could employ a bunch of people to track this stuff down with penalties stiff enough to stamp it out or make a bigger dent AND make use of OUR money in a more productive way than making war.
