Well.. Run while you can! These people are crooks! Sold me a vehicle for over 10,000.00 that had over 170,000 miles. I have been paying on for over a year and balance still is 10,000.00. Made me purchase a warranty but when I called items were not covered. And let's talk about customer service. Arturo is the biggest liar they have working there. They have lied about everything down to ways to pay saying they accept everything but green dot pre paid cards and no matter which one I get the system on there end rejects. Causing me late fees and credit card processing fees. And then when speaking to finance dept. Arturo he has a hard on about making your life miserable threatening to shut the vehicle off. Belittling you, degrading you, and just being a plain a**hole. Biggest a**hole on the face of the planet! Has no personality and is the ice king. Like talking to ex spouse that you are not on good terms with. These people are not there to help you they haven't even been reporting to credit bureau. In over a year of paying they reported 4 times and give me the excuse the credit bureau is behind. BS I work for a car dealership and so not true. My owner looked at my paperwork and said they totally screwed me that the car is only worth $4,000.00 at most. They have tracking devices on the vehicles and if you are late even by I day your vehicle gets turned off. I was in a bad situation and being a single mom with 5 children I had to have a car quickly but was not worth the pain I got taking it in the rear with these people. Had I not lived in the sticks of Illinois and there was public transit I would of told them to jump. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to even step foot in there establishment to take a crap let alone purchase anything from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! RUN!!!

“No case of buyers remorse”

Your complaint, “Sold me a vehicle for over 10,000.00 that had over 170,000 miles”, and “the car is only worth $4,000.00 at most”, are clear examples of buyer’s remorse. If you insist on denying that then you will continue to make bad purchases throughout life.

“First off you have no choice but to take the warranty it is automatically put in and it covers nothing. I told them I didn't want it and was told i had no choice”

You had the choice to walk away from the deal. This is another example of buyer’s remorse.

“I am not driving 2 hours to there location every other week to do a payment”

You are dissatisfied with the terms you agreed to.

First off you have no choice but to take the warranty it is automatically put in and it covers nothing. I told them I didn't want it and was told i had no choice but to take it.   Second of all I didn't work for the dealership when I purchased the car.  I was trying to rebuild my credit after a divorce.  Paying by a check is not an option it is cash or credit card.  I refuse to give these crooks my bank information.  And I am not driving 2 hours to there location every other week to do a payment.  I pay over $400.00 a month for this car.  Payments are to be made every pay period.  I switched jobs and my pay day was different and I contacted them to let them know.  I was charged a fee to change the date from Thursdays to Tuesday's.  In addition to the credi card processing fees I have to pay every other week.  I asked to be put on weekly was told by Aurturo that was not an option.  I contacted Lisa who is the only nice one that works there and she said it is an option but it had to be prepaid so to do weekly payments I would have to pay $600.00 in order to be on weekly and would still have to pay not 2 but 4 credit card processing fees.  Bottom line they are crooks.  We do not charge out customers to run there card to make payments.  We offer the option of a warranty we force no one to take things they do not want.  They are liars and crooks

Your dissatisfaction with the price and mileage is a case of buyer’s remorse. How did they make you purchase a warranty? Did they use force? Why didn’t you buy a car at the dealer you work for? If they didn’t have a vehicle for you in stock they certainly had the contacts to get you a good deal.

You can avoid the late fees by sending them a check to be received prior to the due date.
