On December 3, 2014 I received an invoice for $799.45 for 30 T12 light bulbs. A week prior to receiving this invoice I had spoken on the phone with a woman by the name of Nicole about ANOTHER invoice we had received from them. I went ahead and took care of two invoices that totaled roughly $900 after speaking with a member of my maintenance team who did in fact inform me that he had ordered 60 light bulbs from this company. I do find it funny that the company decided to send me a THIRD bill for light bulbs that no one on my staff ordered EVER. Once you have the name of any person on my staff it is quite easy to create fake orders.

I have contacted the company to return the shipment of light bulbs that have been sitting on my maintenance shop, unopened, and all they would like to do is give me a discount. I do not want a discount. I would like to return these light bulbs that we have no use for on our property. They refuse to give me a return address because it is passed the 14 days since they were SIGNED for in my office. When you look at the box that they come in they do not say that they are from Superior Chemicals LLC. I have a busy office that receives 100's of packages a month. My team signs for everything that comes in and if it does not belong to us we send it back. This company didn't include any information in the box, on the box, or anywhere else, that stated there was a 14 day return policy. At this point, I don't even think returning them in 14 days would have been acceptable to them.

Nicole is claiming the order for 90 light bulbs was place August 2014 yet we received the last shipment October 29, 2014. They is a long time to wait for light bulbs. It is also just enough time for us to forget about the company and for them to try and pull a fast one over on us. I am now having to fight just to return items that were "ordered" in August 2014, received in the office October 29, 2014 and invoiced to us December 3, 2014. If you need light bulbs go to Home Depot, Lowes, HD Supply, Wilmar, or anywhere else but this company. You will get ripped off and argue until you're blue in the face. Don't let this company get away with this.
