Before graduating college, many begin frantically searching for jobs. Some land the job of their dreams, others are not so fortunate. I was one of the not so fortunate individuals, there for am writing this to warn others of companies like Superior Consulting International. These companies have many different names, though are easy to spot. The mother corporation is commonly referred to as Cydcor.

It is easy to spot these companies when searching on the net. They utilize every internet employment sight known, and often are looking for those who are interested in the "management in training program." They also use headings like sports and entertainment, marketing media, and abuse the word entrepreneur. The simple fact is that the turn over rate is extremely high, they drain their employees of their own personal resources and call it entrepreneurism.

In addition, they teach their employees how to scam both prospective employees as well as prospective consumers. The pay is terrible (100% commission) with small commission structures, and there are times when employees end up paying out of there own pockets back to the company instead of recieveving a check for there 12 hour day 5 - 6 days a week. Owners like MIKE MALKOVICH, sexually harass female employees, and require that employees drink alcohol with him at least once a week in order to get ahead. This is " team night." I personally know that he hired a 17 year old female, then had sex with her, passed her on to several other employees and now that girl is pregnant with one of there children. Isn't that sick, or is that just me.!?

In my opinion, they lie, steal, cheat, and are no better than those in prison. When it is finally all said and done, what have you gotten from being with this company? A good reference in exchange for not saying anything bad about their business. I believe that people need to know about these types of organizations. We can put them out of business by simply not working for them. Don't buy into their lies and promises of a grand life, cause more likely than not, you'll end up wishing you never responded to that ad in search for your " dream job."

This report is all true...except the girl getting pregnant. I think it was rumored that she was, but I don't think she ever was. But he did have sex with her and she did have sex with a few other people in the office. This was her choice though. She was 17 and naive and wanted attention. BUT, Mike, along with his crew, are not innocent. They would bang anything that walked in that door. Mike has recently moved to Portland and left the office to Ryan Ritchey, his newest promotion. Ryan is very different that Mike and would never act in the ways Mike did. I'm sure the whole office was very happy when Mike left. I'm not going to go into personal stories from my time there but I will tell you that most of the stuff online is true- and the managers will tell you that it is true when asking how to respond to interviews when they ask about it. All in all if you're good at sales you will learn a lot about business, etc. Some bs that happened in that office is when one of the women Mike sexually harassed started a lawsuit guess who became Mike's right hand man...one of his reps whose dad was a lawyer of course! I feel so sorry for some of the people that work there that have false hopes of becoming a manager...come on, look around, all 20 of you aren't making it. I really could go on and on and on about this but I just don't feel like it. Plain and simple it's 100% commission, when you get to assistant mangager your only salary is $100/day for each day you're in the office, plus you get 10% of your teams production to save in a bank account for when you go and open your office. Once you go and open your office you leave with around 6 people whose sales make or break YOU. Often owners rarely profit their first year because their expenses are higher than what their sales rep can produce. MANY owners go out of business. You leave to open your office with 10g's that you've saved up...mainly used for those weeks when your office only makes 4g's and your expenses are 5g's. Drinking isn't mandatory but I'm gonna guess 99% employees drink on team night, and of course, drive home drunk...
There are plenty of better sales jobs out there!
