I, like most people in today's economy have some derogatory things on my credit report. After inquiring about this companies services in December 2008, and finding no bad information about them on an internet search, I decided to sign up for their program.
They offer a variety of programs and even have a performance guarantee in the agreement that they ask you to sign.
What they do not tell you is that there is only one or two people working at this place of business. That basically means little to no communication when you call to question them why your credit score is not improving.
They also do not even have a working fax machine which is a complete joke if you are running a real business.
After 4 MONTHS had passed by, I began asking question and all I received in return was excuses. After another month had passed and there were still no changes made to my credit report , I called and angrily expressed my concerned.
At this point Lendon Wilson, the owner of this jake leg company asked for TWO MORE MONTHS. He blamed his lackadaisical performance on the credit bureaus not responding. News flash! The credit bureaus on have 30 to 45 days to respond, that is the law! After I informed him that I did not have several years for him to do what I hired him to do, he informed mr that he was terminating my agreement and keeping my money. He claimed that his company had made "improvements" on my credit report. If he had, why does it look the same now as it did 7 months ago when I hired this scam artist?

I am a U.S. armed forces veteran and have been recommended by a Texas Vet Loan Specialist to use Mr. Wilson's Credit Repair services. I plan to use his services very soon. I have been careful to commit to any credit repair services, however, his services have been recommended by a vet loan specialist and so I also appreciate his rebuttal statement and explanation on this website.

After over 11 years in business I have had one complaint with this being the one. The person in question was a client of ours. We communicated often with this client. Unfortunately during his time with us the client failed to keep the financial obligations he had with current debtors which lowered his score. Our program deleted over 90% of his past unverifiable and inaccurate debts on file. The issue was he was angry his score didn't improve and would not accept the fact that while improvement was made he had created additional damage to his report by having new accounts go delinquent. The client then asked for a refund which falls within our policy. HOWEVER the client would not present us with a new and current report as required by the refund policy to accurately reflect his current situation. Therefore the refund was denied. Our policy states we will refund the percentage of accounts that we cannot successfully resolve IF the client presents us with a current an up to date report that shows no NEW delinquencies. The client who filed the compliant would not comply with the policy.
After this complaint was filed we received numerous threats from the client including racial threats to which these we then reported to the district attorney as well as our attorney and to date the client has ceased his harassment. We have had over 3000 clients in over 11 years with only 2 complaints. I feel proud of our service and record and our performance speaks for itself.
