Complaint Review: Superior Distribution/AZC

This company is a total rip-off. I was told that I could get a full refund within 30 days. I used it once, it was gross, called the company to get a returned merchandise Authorization number as it stated on my packing slip,  I called and stated the problem, I spoke with a lady named Laurel who said she was a supervisor, and that I wasn't getting a refund, she hung up on me.  I called her back, she hung up on me again, I called another number, got another csr and she hung up on me.  I know the law and if you encounter this same problem, whether it was last year or whenever, if you are reading this rip-off report, then you were ripped off.  Call the State Attorney Generals office and the better business bureau in Arizona to get a complaint form.  If the State Attorney General gets enough complaints, maybe something can be done, I am thinking about starting a class action lawsuit. I only need 30 people to make up a class for the lawsuit.  Call the attorney general in Arizona and request a complaint form, they investigate every complaint.
