I was cold called regarding a weight loss product called Xtreme HCA.  I was told it was only $4.95 Shipping and Handling to "try" it for 45 days.  I specifically asked if I was automatically joined into a program or if I had to call to cancel any further shipments.  The man assured me I had to call back in,  if I wanted more of the product and any future products would be at a price of $29.95.  I was SHOCKED when 2 weeks later I found a parcel in the mail with 2 bottles inside and the price was $79.95!  I called in to receive a RMA(returned merchandise authorization) number.  The woman, Laurel, who refused to give me her full name,  stated I would be responsible for any product already shipped from the warehouse.  I asked her what she meant by "responsible".  She said I would have to pay for the product and it could not be returned.  I told her they were unopened bottles and I did not want them because that was not what I was told for the price.  I started to explain to her I was told I had to call in if I wanted more, and the price was going to be $29.95.  She spoke over me and said I MUST have written it down wrong.  She said all she could do was cancel any future shipments.  I said it states on the order invoice I need an RMA number so I can return the bottles.  She told me she's done all she can do for me.  I asked to speak to a supervisor.  She said she was the supervisor.  I asked her for her full name. She said she's not required to disclose her name.  I asked for a direct extention or phone number and she  gave me 1040.  I then asked her for her company name. She said they were a third party vendor who made the calls for the Xtreme HCA company and they weren't required to disclose their company name.  I asked for an address or phone number to contact them directly.  She said she could not give me that information and the only info they had was the warehouse shipping address.  I said that this was fraud and you can't just take my money without my agreement.  She said she  couldn't do anything else for me.  I said I was going to call the better business bureau and the police to investigate.  She said, "go right ahead." and then she hung up on me!  This company owes me over $500.  How can I get my money back?????  HELP
