Superior Distribution/AZC Sent unwanted product, charged my credit card, wouldn't take product back & refund money Mesa Arizona
They said they called me to sell me a diet product. They said I agreed to a trial offer and they sent it out right after they talked to me Nov 19, 2013. I never received the trial offer. They said it was up to me to contact them if I didn't receive it. I did not initialize the contact in the first place, they called me. I totally forgot about the product all together. Then the charge showed up on my visa bill, but for much more than a free trial cost. Then the next day I got the shipment, it felt like 3 bottles in the envelope, so I called them. They said I had to cancel automatic shipments within the 14 free day trial. I said how could I, I never got the free trial, so I didn't know it had begun. She said I could be lying, so told me not to bother sending the product back because they wouldn't refund the money. I asked why, she got rude and said that's the way it was, and hung up. I called back twice more and was hung up on both times. The reps tell each other to just hang up I guess. She said she was a supervisor too. I worked in customer service many years and if I hung up on a customer, I would have been fired! I'm not giving up, I'm going thru my bank to get this resolved. I will never order anything on the phone again, because its a he said she said scenario. I have learned my lesson.
