Like all of you I ordered a 15 day trial they SaiD all I had to pay was the 10 dollars for free shipping. I was ok with that. Once I got my bottle I tried it out for a few days.. didn't work, called back and a woman named shena answered. . The same b* who sold me the bottle.. said I couldn't canceled until I received the next shipment only then could I get a refund! Let me just say I'm 23 yeas old I've worked retail since I was 17 I hate rude customers I hate being yelled at..but d**n this mind blew me.. this is not what she told me when she sold this crap to me. She now claimed it was a 30 day trial. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor once I said that... guess what??!!! Like all of you,  the snake hung up on me.. i kept calling back and I guess they have caller ID and ignored my calls they only picked up when I used star67 on there a*s. Once I called she answered again. Was no help hung up on me.. i called again and this guy answered told me I couldn't get a refund.. i was charged 99 bucks for 2 more bottles.. he said I could only exchange them if they were the wrong ones.. again where the heck is this all explained at??!!! Even the packing gives a phone number for refunds!! I said not to send me more crap and I think I'll just take the d**n hit for 100 bucks that overdraft my account as a lesson. . Yes I'm upset that a got screwed over but it's my fault as well for being a dumb a*s. The guy did send me an email saying I canceled. . If they charge me one more time.. i will drive down to az and deal with this my way.
