I ordered the Green Coffee Bean Extract, I tried taking it but I could not swallow the pills, they were too big, I thought I had called and canceled the order, then on the 1st of Jan. I was charged the 82.90, the invoice says "returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please call the customer service number found on your Order Confirmation EMail for returns." I called and was told there are no returns, but they could cancel any further shipments, I asked to speak with someone that could help me, told him I could not take the product, he said they would ship me a free bottle of the oral one, I told him that i now had 2 bottles that I could not take, He just ignored what I said and said he canceled the further shipments, now I am out the 82.90 and no recourse.
