 Everyone is told that they would be on a membership program with automatic shipments unless you cancel with customer service.  The company doesn't give away free product without the expectation that more product will be ordered.  All the negative reviews on this report are from the individuals that didn't listen and understand to the way the program was designed, and if you don't call to cancel within the correct time frame, you will be responsible for the next shipment.  Instead of complaining and acting like cry babies, put your negative feelings into losing weight and getting paid $5 for every pound you lose in the 90 day weight loss get paid to lose weight challange.

Despite what you have said, obviously your employees DO NOT tell customers that they have enrolled in an automatic program. Prehaps you need to start recording these conversations. I myself was not told and I see that others have reported the same issue. Nor was I sent any emial that indicated this. I am sure your business will be damaged by all these complaints that your company has received. Karma is a b***h you it will come for you! I resent your insinuation that we are "crybabies". Karma is coming!!!

Sounds like you must work for this bullying company. I listened to everything that was said when I purchased my products and I called within a week of receiving my product and instead of being able to cancel I was hung up on. Repeatedly. By multiple people. When I actually spoke with someone they were extremely rude and even yelled at me, the other times they would just pick up the phone and hang up. Now I don't think that was in the terms and conditions I agreed to when I spoke with someone at the time of purchasing, do you? I was told I could cancel, I couldn't. I was also told i'd receive a confirmation email, I didn't. So let's just say my product had actually worked and I wanted to be paid $5 per pound, how would I have gotten in contact with someone who wouldn't just hang up on me and find someone who would treat me like an actual human being? I am extremely dissatisfied with my product and with my service. I am in awe of how easy it was for this company (which I assume you work for) to be so rude and hateful, especially when unprovoked. thank you for your time and for teaching me a very stupid and expensive lesson. i find great pleasure in knowing that what goes around, comes around. Theres no hiding from karma my friend.

 Hca power took my hard earned cash,like thives in the night. Nasty rude money hunrgy devils taking advantage of over weight Americans with the promise of weight loss.. Bad things happen to bad people one day it will happen to sleezy owner of HCA and thirsty bizness partners.

You are obviously delusional. I listened very carefully to the sales rep. It was a 30day free trial. ie you had 30days to try the product less the 15 days it took to be delivered. Which made sense when the rep said if i didnt want to pay additional money for overnight shipping id only have 15days to try the product beforr id be charged for another month (not the remaining 60days all at once). Etc. The sales rep told me whatever it took to lock me in. No comfirmation email was sent notifying me of the two month supply being shipped the following business day from when i received my trial. The rep also said there was NO obligation to participate and it can be cancelled anytime....i am sure that was a lie as well. I authorized the first month not the other two, told the rep id consider doing the challenge if i saw results in the trial period. Furthermore their website listed on the bottle doesnt even exsist. Nor do they except returns despite the fact that a 800 # for that is listed on the packing slip. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company, they can be the judge of whether its a rip off or not.

It sounds like the person Laural from the Co wrote that or maybe a friend of hers (if she has any) because that is one miserable person.  If Laural didn't write this, I feel real bad for you because you need just as much mental & emotional help as she does.  Once I reach the Owners of this company I will surely let them know where/who there real problem is.

You must be one of the rude customer service reps for this HCA extreme product which does not work, is not really Garcinia, and does not do any of the things you all told the customer to expect,  There is no such thing as paying money to the customers for weight loss, not with you people.  That was obvious by the forms and instructions sent out in e-mail. This was just another ploy to make this program seem real so you can keep more orders coming in.  It doesn't take long to see that this is all a big ripoff.  Calling to cancel future shipments or to get approval to return product for a refund is also a big fat lie to the customer.  Attempts to do just that only result in rudeness by so-called customer service and getting hung up on.  Remember, those involved in carrying out this scan, there is such a thing as "what goes around comes around."  You'll get yours in the end for your dishonesty.  Get a real job and earn your way - stop lying and cheating people!

I did call the customer service number within 10 days of receiving my product.  I got a name and everything and was told I was canceled.  Two weeks later I received 2 more bottles that I "returned to sender" only to find out I shouldn't have done that.  I got charged another 99.00 and called and had the same experience as the other people!  I was told there was no record of my call even though I told them who I spoke with and when!!!  OMG I was hung up on 3 times after waiting each time over 10 minutes.  This company can not stay in business treating people like this.  Unfortunately unless we continue to make it known on the internet that this company is a ripoff they will continue to hurt people and steal their money.

First of all I've called so many times I've lost count each time some dumb*** b**** hangs up on me when I ask to speak to a f****** manager Telling me I had only 15 days to cancel uhm no because my husband was right next to me when the guy on the phone was telling me I need to cancel before the month is up so they don't charge me for the next 2 months if I don't want it. right when I went to go cancel $90.90 was taken out I don't spend 100 on stupid diet s*** that doesn't work. all u unprofessional b****** who think its ok to take people's money for a product that doesn't work karma will get you. customer service is not what you're made of. You're liars thieves and scam artists and should be ashamed of yourself I suggest you find another job that isn't so deceiving
