Superior Distribution/AZC Xtreme HCA Superior Distribution/AZC will not provide me with a Returned Merchandize Authorization number Mesa Arizona
I called Superior Distribution/AZC to get a returned merchandise authorization number as clearly explained on their packing list as I needed to return their product that doesn't work. They agreed to cancel my "membership" but REFUSED to give me the required number so that I could return their product. They stated that because it was ordered over the "phone" and not the internet, the merchandise could not be returned. I was NEVER notified of this requirement when the original order was placed and the packing slip clearly states that no refunds will be given without the merchandise authorization number.
Further, I spoke to "Joe" who hung up on me twice. The third time I called I asked to speak to his supervisor and he informed me I could not have the number for his supervisor and that he was the only person I could talk to and then he hung up on me again. He told me his supervisors don't speak to customers.
During that brief conversation I asked him what the difference was if the product was done by internet or telephone as the product has not been opened. He stated that it was because there was a "price difference". I only want what I paid for it refunded, not what the internet users paid for it, so what difference does it make. He didn't answer that question.
