Below is copy and paste of the email conversation between me and Superior Fake Degree.com The run their own review site to lure potential looser like me. I was stupid and ignorent and lost 2500.00. Novelty passport and ID company keep moving to Canada, US, Australia and Cambodia, it's just a website ( server ) they keep moving around so that it's hard to track their IP address.
Please never ever do business online especially when it comes to fake stuff you are after.

My name is Brian Quinn - I'm the customer service manager and wanted to speak to you directly.  We apologize for the delay as we were trying to find a better solution to a communication problem we had with our head contact.  The issue is we should have received an update from our contact 3 weeks ago, advising us of changes to the official
option, but that email was accidentally deleted before being read or deleted by our spam filter, either way we apologize for this.
In this email we were advised that due to increased security risks our contacts would no longer be offering the fake passport and single official/verifiable passport, but would still be offering the official package for 2500.00. I understand the change in policy but I'm angered we did not receive the email 3 weeks ago.  So I have a couple options in terms of
how we could proceed.
1) We can provide you a full refund of 700USD plus half your western union fees.
2) Because of the screw up in communication I can take off 300.00USD from what would be our portion of the fee bringing the total down to 2200 from 2500.00USD.  So that makes a difference of 2200 minus the 700 you sent = 1500.  So if the 1500 were to be received and verified our contact could proceed with the complete package and would agree to
processing it urgently for you.
Please let me know either way, and again either way we apologize for this.  Once again our goal is to earn future business from you and your colleagues.  Once again am very sorry for this, and we hope we can still earn your business.

As soon as I get the final one I need one more passport for my cousin and as usual I will wire the money and send all necessary info.
 
Meanwhile, can you tell me approximatly how long I have to wait for the draft and for the finished one?

Did you got the Money? Acknowledge the same and please find two pictures attached one is my picture and the other one is my signature. Both are in black and white and hopefully you can fix it with color background and what ever the way you want.  If you want color pictures let me know I will work on it as soon as I hear from you.

I just called Western union and they told me that there is no HOLD on the money transfer, except they had to wait 24hr since I checked on next day delivery. May be I made a mistake. But the Customer Service lady told me the money should be available this afternoon.
 
Once you pick up the money, please confirm as I am also worried and I don't want any more delay in you getting the money.

I did contact these guys about some educational documents and they followed the same script outlined in this complaint. They seem very knowledge of the requirements and as soon as I wire the money to Jared Nolan @ TD Canada Trust, communications went downhill.

These guys should end up behind bars as they are only there to steal money and not providing any services. They use all kind of aliases, in this case, the name of the contact was Charles, they also gave the name Brian Morley for Western union pick up..

Superiorfakedegrees.com is definitely a fake, so stay away from them.
