I answered an ad on line for anyone experienced with HUD work.  I immediately began work for Richard Reyes, cleaning out HUD foreclosures.  He met me at the first job and acted like he was established company doing this for 7 years.  He said I would have to wait 30 days to get paid. I immediately told him I may need cash before the 30 days, because this work costs money in gas and supplies. (average $150 - $300 per week)  He said it shouldn' t be a problem for me to get an advance.   A few weeks into working with him,  I needed the advance, and out of the blue, suddenly he acted as if my work was sub-standard, and couldn't even advance me $100.... I have 2 years experience doing HUD work, and although there have been return trips to a house for a QC item, I hadn't had any bad qc's in well over 6 months.  So  suddenly I got a red flag, with how this whole thing was handled.

At this point he owed me $1750.00 for cleaning and added, approved bids.  the 30 days came and went, then 45 days, and he tried to say all of my work had to be examined, that the houses weren't closed, etc.  I know the pay schedule and how he gets paid, and was aware of the fact that he has been paid for all of my work, the 15th of the following month.   I also know that 2 of the houses I was present when the work was QC'd and the inspector had no problems with my work.   Then I find out my only recourse is to file a civil suite, which, unfortunately costs money I don't have.   For the longest time he wouldn't answer my calls, texts. or e-mails...Two weeks ago he finally answered, and said I would be paid in a week....still nothing.  Fortunately the world of HUD cleaning in Phoenix, is a fairly small place, and I know the company who gives him work, and pays him... so I called, because I really had no last name, address, etc. just the e-mail.  They happily gave me his name. so I could start the legal process.   After searching on the internet, It appears he used to work under Integrity Asset Management...Ironic?  now he calls his company Superior Field Services.  DON'T work for him, he is a liar, and doesn't pay the people doing all of the work.

Heather Henning, very surprising filed this complaint. Over a 2 week period Heather was assigned a few work orders. She did express to us that she was struggling and didn’t know if she was going make it 30 days for the initial payment. We met with Heather at the first property, we gave her some pad locks… maybe between 10-15, tape for trip hazards, signs that need to be posted at properties, and glass to re-glaze a broken window… all of which are supplies that the vendor is responsible for but we were trying to help her get started.

Over the 2 week period, Heather was assigned 4 work orders. 3 of the work orders had Quality Control returns, it did take some for the property to be inspected… that wasn’t on our part. Our client sent their inspector and they returned the order to us. We did receive proper photos from Heather, but you cannot see everything in the photos. Heather’s final property, she reported to us as completed and said photos would be uploaded in the evening. We called Heather the following morning requesting photos after not receiving the previous evening, she didn’t answer.

She did call at around 10am to let us know that she couldn’t find the property but she reported the property as complete the previous day. If you a familiar with the Industry, most clients consider a vendor reporting a work order as “complete” when you haven’t even visited the property as Fraud. She was terminated, she was given the chance to correct her quality control issues on the previous 3 work orders and she ignored our request. We sent another vendor to correct all issues, she was back charged, and we emailed her all supporting photos to show another vendor corrected all errors on her behalf.

We are an Arizona based corporation, which can be verified with the Arizona Corporation Commission. We incorporated in 2012 but were previously registered with the secretary of state as trade name since 2006. All under the name Superior Field Services. Heather’s allegations of who Superior Field Services, Inc. is… none of it makes sense. All of this is easily verifiable online by searching the above mentioned websites.

We were very surprised Heather Henning made these statements online. She is really trying to force payment for work that she knows she didn’t complete correctly. After some research of public records, we discovered Heather has a history that consists of fraud, theft, drugs, and forgery. You can search Arizona public records at the link below and see for yourself. Hopefully after doing your own research, you won’t give Heather’s statement any weight.
