Superior Labs Christain Employer Keeps Employees last Check! Pasadena Texas
I went to work for this person Rick Meyers @ Superior Labs August 28th 2004! Went to work every day! Did not miss at all! Started @ $9.50 an hour worked up to $12.50 an hour and was told I deserved a raise. but the company wasn't doing well enough to give me one They required me to go into almost evert chemical plant along the gulf-coast! and he also required my to go to a school up in Kansas! Well anyway when he wouldn't give me a raise I found a better job! I told him and he belittled me for it!
However he did say my last check which was approx. $976.oo, would be in the mail the following week! It was! He sent me a superior lab check alright in yhe amount of $o.oo! I filed with the texas workforce commission! A wage dispute after about a month they sent me back a letter stating they could not do anything because he was in chapter 11! I've since heard from other ex-employees that I wasn't the only one he'd done this to! His company also goes under the name of lab quip!
