On Nov. 4, 2008 I was contacted via e-mail by a Jeffrey Sanchez, congratulating me with a loan approval of 10,000 dollars. I contacted Mr. Sanchez who explained that i had been approved for a loan by a third party private lender who because of the bail-out plan was able to loan the funds to me. He continued to tell me that because of my credit history they would need some kind of collateral against the money. He first asked if i had a vehicle, when i said i did not he stated that a 600.00 cash collateral would be needed. This money he said would be refunded to me after making 12 on time repayments on my loan. at this time the loan would be sen to me.I then asked Mr. Sanchez if there was more money available to me. He stated that the lender, some lawyer out of the state had 50,000 to loan. I proceeded to request a larger amount which in turn required a higher collateral amount. $1,495 to be exact. I told Mr. Sanchez that i could send the money within 2 days. He then explained that it would have to be wired to a Western Union. I expressed concern about this and questioned it. He stated that because of my credit these were the loop holes and the lender wanted to avoid the IRS. He requested some documents from me which unfortunately i sent and now have to do a lot of alerts and changes, but i am thankful that i saw the scam report on this website from two other people who were contacted by this company. I had also looked them up with the Better Business Bureau and found a company with the same name. When i checked the directory of employees against the ones on the better Business bureau there were no matches. Today "Mr. Sanchez is expecting me to wire the money..Instead i will be sending him a copy of this along with the other victims' reports. i have contacted the Georgia FBI and am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope no one else fall into this trap.
