Superior Mix No Accountability in standing behind their product Miami Florida (FL)
We had 2 truckloads of concrete delivered for our new stamped driveway project. My contractor informs me that the color didn't adhere and all the cracking on the concrete is due to the excessive retarder mixture of the concrete. My contractor contacted Ernesto on 7/31/20 and unsuccessful any kind of resolution, as a matter of fact he specifically told my contractor that it wasn't his problem.
I contacted Ernesto on 8/3/2020 and he proceeded to berate me and tell me that it wasn't his problem and that I was bothering him. He made no effort in discussing the matter with the contractor nor myself in order to discuss the inferior material that was received from his company.
