Superior Moving & Storage contacted us eight times in an hour to move us from FL to PA after our inquiry through moving.com.  We were told by Jason there would be a flat rate charge of $3166 which we PAID IN ADVANCE.First Lie) We were promised a tractor & trailer with drivers, Frank & Chad.(Second Lie)  We were told that they would pick up our household goods on October 24th(Third Lie).

Here is what happened:  1) Ernesto and David came in a 26 foot U-haul truck(capacity 7400 lbs) .  2)They showed up on October 27th at 11:30 PM., the last day we could be in our FL location.  3)They loaded about 50% of our household goods, including food, medicine, and my wife's wheelchair.  4)They rushed us to sign the bill of lading and kept all of the paperwork.  This was at 6:30 AM.  5) They drove off, and 3 hours later Lauren called to tell us that the 11,000 pounds that was on that U-haul(7400 lbs capacity) truck would now cost $8600 to be delivered.  6)  We asked for copies of the paperwork involved and Lauren said it  was not available.  7)  When we asked for the original contact, Jason, we were told that they did not know who Jason was or was not there.
8) To complete our move, we had to rent a Penske 26 foot truck load it, and drive it to PA ourselves, with FUEL and ALL CHARGES totalling $1500.  9) We did receive the paperwork, five days after we asked for it and the whole contract was changed, with things lined out and hand-written instead of typed. We all of a sudden had to pay by weight instead of a flat rate.
10) The driver grabbed and kissed my daughter as he left.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO COMPLAIN BEFORE SOMEONE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY?
