On 12-15-08, I received a call from a representative that claimed to be calling from the company that sends our Toner for our Cannon Copier. I believed that I was receiving a call from Blue Ridge Copier (our service provider) and engaged in a conversation about a price increase to our toner cartridges. I was told that we hadn't been notified about the price increase on our toner cartridge and that they (Superior Office Products) would give us the old price on this order before raising the prices.

Believing that I was speaking with Blue Ridge Copier, I gave them the copier code and ordered the toner, with my purchasing manager's approval. I received a call back from Greg Lewis who said that we would have a price freeze for a 12 month period, because we had not been informed of the price increase 30 days before we placed the order.

This guy, GREG LEWIS, knew exactly how many cartridges we ordered last week. I became suspicious and called Blue Ridge Copier. They had never heard of this guy and put me through to Ripoffreport.com. I've left messages for Greg Lewis to not send the cartridges and that he is being reported to the Better Business Bureau. Of course I have not received a return call. All packages and bills from them will be refused and returned to sender.


Do not let these jerkos get away with this.
