Complaint Review: Superior Plus Energy Services

Numerous service calls to fix oil-fired water heater problems. Tech would change oil tank filter and bleed oil pump to fire heater. A week later same problem, no hot water.

Eight service calls to figure out a new fuel oil pump was needed. Water heater was only a few years old but out of warranty. After expensive pump was put in water heater worked fine. When I complained about the the over-charged serice calls and final repair to the obivious problem I was turned over to their in-house lawyer and was sued for payment.
