I hired Superior Roofing to remove and replace the roof on my daughter's home over a year ago. They showed up a week early and began work. It rained every day.


They tore off the electrical wiring from the house to the garage and damaged and removed numerous shingles off the siding of the back of the house. Trampled a downspout they ripped from the gutter. The flashing around the chimney and the plumbing pipe leaks causing damage to the interior walls and the bathroom ceiling to collapse - shorting out the electricity in the bathroom.


The lower rubber membrane roof looks like grade school children did the work. They didn't care if ivy, dirt or roofing debris from the upper architectural roof was rolled into the membrane or if the yellow glue dripped down the sides of the white roof.


My contract calls for them to notify me of any wood rot and replace it at an additional cost - they did not. The crown molding to which the gutters were attached is gone (was informed that I did not need gutters when I got estimate for roof). Of course, you have to lift up the new shingles to see the holes in the rotten wood. Birds and squirrels now come and go at their pleasure.  


A year ago, Mr. Brooks agreed to fix the problems. I've written him several letters and emails, but the problems still exist. They seemingly have no concern for another's property. The crew did not speak English.


Critter Control and the Heating/AC guy are amazed by the lack of workmanship. My daughter has a herniated spinal cord and to think a roofer would do this to her and her children is unconscionable. My next recourse is to file a claim for damages.

This company has provided the same poor service to me.  I have contacted "Ten on My Side" filed a court date and filed a complaint throught the Better Business Bureau. Plus shared my experience on every available website.  If I can prevent one person using this company and experiencing what they have put me through I will be happy.  If more people contact the TV station etc then eventually someone will listen.  Hmmm what about the Attorney General too?  Keep me posted!  BTW you are just at the beginning of your journey.  They have been dancing this dance for 7 months so far and still no end in sight!!   Then they have the gaul to start screaming "violation of arbitration contract".  Tom Brooks is an experienced con artist that knows the ropes.  Good Luck !
