I was employed by Superior Services Group. Due to constant traveling, the company stated that they would re-imburse me for exspenses(gasoline used in the performance of duties). When picking up paycheck, Vice President, Ben H., stated that there was another check with my regular paycheck there for $200.00.

When I went to pick up my check there was not another check with it for the amount of $200.00s re-imbursement. For several weeks prior to this incident, the company shorted me on my paychecks, corrected that 1 week later.

The Vice president, Ben H. state that the $80.00 that was taken from my check would be included in my next weeks check. It was but, they taxed me again on that same money. So, I have been taxed twice. Now, due to the loss of my truck in the performance of my work duties I was unable to return to work.

The company did not attempt to assist me so that I could retain employment with them. I faxed my resignation to them on 6/4/2006 and asked that my checks be mailed to me that I was unable to pick them up due to no transportation. For 3 weeks in a row they have screwed with my pay in which I work hard for.

I need help with this. Can someone there help me? I am a poor person and cannot afford to hire an attorney. This company is already under investigation due to the president having ties with Fischer Homes who is currently being prosecuted for hiring and using illegals from Mexico.

Thank you

First let me appologize to the employee that this happen to and that I nor my legal team knew of any such incident and that if the employee feels that he has been taxed double we will gladly pay him the difference.

Although I do not agree with what he said about our compny being under an investigation for hiring illegal immigrants, we take extra added measures in making sure that all people work for us are legal and able to work in the United States of America. We hire a company called Intellisense that runs very sensitive back ground checks associated with the Social Socrerity Administration.

We serve a very prestigous cliental and would never put them in jeapordy of employing illegal aliens.
