I signed up for computor maintainance about 1 yr. ago and paid 149.00 by credit card  Since then I've been receiving calls from an Asian speaking man telling me that he wants to refund 99.00.  In order to get the refund, I have to let him guide me through the process on my computer, which I refused.                                                                                                                       He threatened to charge my credit card 400.00 (for what, I don't know).  I contacted the credit card co. and explained the situation and they assured me that they would not allow the charges.                                                                                                                                                     He is calling almost everyday now, even though I have told him to stop.  The calls are never from the same city, but usually the states are N.Y. or Va.                                                                     He is relentless.  Today, he told me his name is Kevin Smith, which I doubt as he has an Asian accent.
