On November, 2, 2007 I contacted Superior Transmission to have my car ( 1993 Mazda Protg) towed in for repairs. My vehicle was picked up by Jesus Towing around 9:30 to tow my car to Superior Transmission. About 10:15am, I was contacted by Jason, stating that a fuel pump and fuel filter was needed in order to get my car up and running. Jason also stated that the total cost would cost me about $611. After taking a second to think about it, I gave Jason permission to perform the necessary repairs needed to get my vehicle running.

When the repairs on my vehicle were completed, I was contacted by Jason, informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick. At the time I was at work, so I informed Jason that I would pick my vehicle up about 8:30am, November 3, 2007. When I picked my vehicle up November 3, 2007, everything was fine and I took one of the mechanics advice to let my car run a little while to off some of the old gas that settled. My car was working okay November 3, 2007, but I noticed on November 4, 2007 that the car was a little hesitant when cranking it up. In order to crank the car up, I had to press down on the gas. This method work okay November 4 and 5, but on November 6, 2007, I couldn't get the car to start. After attempting to start my car, which wouldn't start, I contacted Superior Transmission to pickup me vehicle to have it rechecked. An hour after my vehicle was picked up by the towing company, I was contacted by Jason, stating my fuel filter and fuel pump was fine and that I need a tune up on my car that would cost me another $300, plus an initial cleaning of the old fuel in my gas tank.

After speaking with Jason, I informed him that I didn't want the spark plugs changed and was there a way they could get my vehicle started without me paying them any extra money. Jason replied that this would not be possible, so I stated that I would be having my vehicle towed back home. Also, Jason stated that I would need to pick it up today if I didn't want to be charged a day for them holding my vehicle.

After dealing with Superior Transmission, I paid over $700 dollars for a car that is not running, and I feel that I should be repaid my money because they did not perform the services they stated they would do. Also, if there was any other problems with my vehicle that complicated from starting up, it seems that the mechanics who did the repair on my vehicle should have noticed it. Because of these people I had to repay to have my towed back to my house, which is pretty much in the same condition it was before I took my vehicle to Superior Transmission.
