I'm not sure is your aware of how the Random Drug Testing for Companies go but I'm almost positive that it's not based on who you like the best. Well if you work or have worked at Superior Wells Service then you know how it goes. It's all about who you know.

I work there for 2+yrs and had never been tested before along with a few others. Then you have the ones who had a pre-employment drug test plus two-three more because the Safety Supv (Jeff Blankenship)didn't like them.

He tried sending them a few times for drug test hoping they would fail but no one ever did. Then one of them broke their leg and was out for about two month. As soon as they came back to work he pulled them for another drug test knowing that it could take up to 30-60 days for pain meds to be totally out of your system.

Well needless to say they failed because of the meds they took while out on medical leave. This person lost his retirement, all benefits EVERYTHING!! I know this because he's one of my friends. I just think that if your going to fire someone for supposedly doing wrong then you shouldn't be doing the same thing.

Jeff had ask this man to give or sale him some of his pills and the man refused. This is why he was sent for the test and fired. By a man who takes more pain pills than anyone person could imagine.

I think this is wrong that someone like Mr. Blankenship has control over drug testing or anybody when he's on drugs his self. Who would fire someone who is hard working, never missed a day in their life unless it was for a medical reason then leave all the pill popping, dope smoking, drunks there.

if these drugs were prescribed to him and he was taking them the way the prescription reads, they can't fire him for that. If he was not taking them as prescribed and there was more in his system than what should have been, the company is in the clear. I don't agree if only certain people are always getting popped to take the test and that is something that can be used to your friends advantage if he's on the up and up.
