I too have been "taken" by this company. The rug that I received was 'similar' to the photo advertised but it was NOT the rug I received. I received a HORRIBLE 'knock off'. When I called them about my dissatisfaction, they simply told me to return the rug and I would be credited for my payment.
The 'catch' is that I paid $25.00 to have the rug delivered and would have to pay that again for the return and based of the final auction price of the rug and the 15% restocking fee they apply, it wasn't worth the money and hassle of returning the rug. I believe THAT is how they are 'getting' people. Due to the cost of shipping, it is NOT worth a customer to return the "NASTY KNOCK OFFS" !!!
