SuperJet Van Lines Delays, Ripoff, Contract violation, Dodging phone calls, Excuses, Denials Clifton New Jersey
We had a scheduled pickup on June 10, 2013 from Connecitcut and a dropoff on August 1, 2013. It is twenty days late and all we're being told is to call back again tomorrow, which is the last day allowed in our contract. As of tomorrow, they will be in clear violation of our agreement.
Besides from apparently stealing all of our possessions, our list of complaints is as followed:
There are four employees to the company, as far as we have been able to determine. Yosef Osama owns this seemingly criminal organization and is unavailable as he is out of the country. Their employees refused to provide us with his contact information. Lisa Hall is the only one that apparently is privy to the apparently illicit actions happening within the "business." Ryan Harley is listed as their director but has left the company. Michelle answers the phones and always pleads ignorance, citing Lisa (who is cronically unavailable) as the only person with answers. Jason, the one who ropes people in on sales, has no idea what's happening either. Lisa Hall is the sole operator of this delay factory.
This company is uniquely skilled in excuses, delays, and a stunning ability to provide a horrific customer experience. It doesn't matter how attractive their quote is, no price is worth having all of your possessions stolen. Michelle all but laughed when I mentioned we would have to file charges. They are apparently unconcerned with the ramifications of their behavior.
