Complaint Review: SuperModels Unlimited Magazine

This magazine is a full-blown scam.  They solicit or "con" families who appear to have money and tell them how beautiful their children are.  They then attempt to collect money from you for a photoshoot.  They tell you, in order for your child to be in the magazine you have to buy two cases of the magazine.  One year later, and I was still getting the run around on why my daughter's pictures never appeared. 

Seriously, I think they lost them.  They then told me that my daughter didn't have the look they needed for the magazine.  Seriously, after the got $500 from me, my travel to the shoot and building up a 13 year old girl that she was going to be in a magazine. 

I also filed a BBB complaint and received my money back.  I have heard from other families that they have lost thousands of dollars and never received pictures or their money back.  Run, don't walk away from this SCAM! They are promoting shoots as charity and the charities aren't getting a dime.  I am hopeful this magazine will find it's way into the dumpster where it belongs.  No one should pay to be a model.
