On January 16th 2017 I purchased a product from Aaron that runs supersalesmachine.com and the transaction was funded through zaxaa.com. The product was 47 ebooks along with sales pages that would be installed within 3 to 5 days after purchase. First I did not hear anything back from the company about what was needed from me to get the ebooks and sales pages set up. I became frustrated and went to zaxaa.com and requested that my money be funded since I had not received my product. Instead of addressing me zaxaa emailed the owner by the name of Aaron to follow up with me, he advised that he had never received the requested information from, I advised him I did not what to send, he told me, I sent in all of the items needs, a hosting account with a cpanel, my clickbank id and my jvzoo id. After almost three weeks after I emailed him asking why I had not received anything he claimed that my hosting account was giving him problems, and I needed to get that corrected and email him back when I did. At this point I told him it was ridiculous that he took almost three weeks to respond to me and advise me of any potential problems and again I asked to end this relationship and have my money refunded. Instead he quit responding to me, I even advised him I would make a complaint to ripoff report if he did not at least reply to me. That was over a week ago and the bottom line this guy emails you everyday for weeks until you break down and trust him, then he does not deliver the services promised, and has refused to refund my money. Buyer beware if you purchase items from Aaron at supersalesmachine.com.
