I booked a flight from Amsterdam to San Jose (CR) a few weeks ago.

This weekend I received an email saying the flight was canceled without any extra information why or what to do next. After 3 days of trying to reach them and hours of telephone que I don't know what to do anymore.

They hang up in the middle of the conversation and sent me incorrect automatic e-mails.

I am flying this week, but after three days of trying to contact them I thinking they are a scam!
