2 young guys upsold me monthly special for carwash for unlimited carwash and detailing! They mentioned my out of state license plate and talked to me about what I was doing in Utah and knew I was just passing through on my way to another state visiting. They obviously only cared about making the sale because 1 month later a charge for $59.99 showed up on my debit card for another month of service from this carwash and I'm not even in the State, WOW, was that a surprise.
At no point in the conversation did they mention this, nor any type of recurring charge, upgrade to a higher fee, or otherwise, just that I was getting a great deal, I feel stupid now, should have known it was too good to be true, and it was! Complaints going back 6 years on this from other consumers, how are they still getting away with this and not being monitored??
