am writing this review after my initial review. My initial review came at the time of payment when I was offered "discount" to give a 5 star rating SO please DO NOT be "misled" into thinking the 5 star reviews are legit. I want to write a total reivew of what happened with this company. For ANYONE who is considering any moving company count all of your boxes and counter before and after the move. The workers for Supersonic movers "thought" that I wouldnt miss what they stole from me.

I reached out to the owner Hector and the initial conversation was cordial. He showed empathy and he said he would ask his workers. That doesnt make sense because who would admit to "stealing" from a client and you job is to move people personal items. So my response was dont worry about asking because they wont confess I said I am telling you because you have a business to run and a reputation to uphold. As I unpacked my last container I realized that I had another pair of shoes missing and some jackets.

I am not from Las Vegas so I have more jackets and coats than the average Las Vegas resident so its easy for me to identify what was missing from me. At this point I reached out to Hector and told him I was considering but NOW I needed to file a police report. The report is just to document what happened so if another customer experiences the same. Now Hector goes from showing empathy to defending his employees. I stopped and reminded him that via our previous conversation where he said one of his guys had been with him for only 2 weeks and the others for 2 more or so.

He goes on to say why would my guys risk their job, etc. When has a thief needed a reason to steal something? So I could see his next statement coming from a mile away. "Well what do you want? NOW, he totally offended me because he is insuitating that I made this claim to get a refund or something similar. My response to him was rude but truthful and I said the following "I dont want ANYTHING from you I just want my sh*t back which I know isnt going to happen. With of this being said they took my container than contiained a pair of White Air Force One's that were a gift from my daughter, a pair of Red Air Max 270's, some towels, underwear and 3 jackets.

I know exactly what was missing because I had just put these items in the PODS container 6 weeks ago. During the Pandemic I had to move out my previous apartment and in with a loved one. Hector tried to shift blame to the moving company that loaded the POD container. This failed attempt to shift blame doesnt work because I had just put the container in the POD when I had to get out a suit for my job interview. I know it seems as if I am rambling in this review but I am trying to give total context.

I just started the job so I was only able to be present when the moving truck was loaded with my belongings taken out of a POD. When they delivered my belongings to my apartment my girlfriend was there by herself and of course she wasnt thinking that my items would be stolen. It was 4 movers and they got away with it but since Hector decided to defend his workers I assume he is accepting responsibility for them as well. What started as me "trying" to give him a heads up and let him know that one his men may steal has shifted to me making sure ANY and EVERY ONE considering using his moving company knows that they stole from me.

In addition I would encourage anyone who previously used his company and realized they were missing something take inventory because one of his workers may have stolen it. Now looking back when I complimented one of his workers on a watch he was wearing and I asked where did he get it. He answered he got it overseas. It sounded like a bullish*t answer when he told me this and after my things come up missing I more conviced now than ever he probably stole it from someone else. We have just spent the last 18 months or so in a d**n Pandemic when has a guy working for a moving company been overseas.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere esle for your moving needs or risk having items missing. I will make sure they feel me!! I paid in full for moving services. I DID NOT pay for assholes to take my belongings!!!! So let it be known I never asked or wanted a refund. They moving company should be paid for the job performed. I want back what was taken from me but anyone reading this should know this wont happen so at this point what I want is for Hector to terminate the employment of EACH and EVERY one who moved me that day and dont give me this jazz about all of your workers pass background checks UNLESS you are prepared to prove this with documents dated prior to July 8, 2021.    

ALL OF HIS REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR BY OFFERED DISCOUNT AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT (who doesnt want to save money when you get hit with a $500 or $600 moving bill)......
