On or about September of 1998, James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision agreed to work on plaintiff's 1969 Rolls Royce SRX. Hannah agreed to complete each item and bill each agreed upon project on individual invoices. Hannah has failed to complete any repairs and refuses to give plaintiff his car back.
Plaintiff is concerned that his property may have been disposed of.

James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision lost his business license in May of 2000. The license became inactive 5/31/2000 due to delinquent tax payments. To this date Hannah owes $18,214.88 in back taxes. He is still operating his business without an active business license.
