The following information is alleged and was obtained from public files/records that were retrieved from Clark County District Court located at 200 S. 3rd St, Las Vegas, NV

On or about 12/14/2000, the plaintiff entered into a written agreement with Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc to fully repair, restore and assemble a 1969 Camaro, owned by the plaintiff, to an original condition. The restoration was to be completed no later than 2/28/2001.

Thereafter, plaintiff made several demands to Hannah to complete the repairs and assemble as contemplated in the agreement, which Hannah failed to complete. On 7/27/2002, plaintiff took possession of his car. At the time plaintiff took his car back the repairs, restoration and assembly per agreement had not been completed. In addition, several parts that were originally on the car were missing. On 7/27/2002 Hannah acknowledged that several parts were indeed missing and that he would return the parts in one week, but no later than 8/03/2002. Hannah did not comply.

Thereafter, plaintiff made several additional requests for Hannah to return the parts and Hannah ignored these requests. On 11/18/2002, a written demand was made. Hannah refused to return missing parts. Plaintiff has been damaged in a sum in excess of $10,000.

This case is pending.

James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision lost his business license in May of 2000. The license became inactive 5/31/2000 due to delinquent tax payments. To this date Hannah owes $18,214.88 in back taxes. He is still operating his business without an active business license.
