The following information is alleged and was obtained from public files/records that were retrieved from Clark County Court located at 200 S. 3rd St, Las Vegas, NV

James Hannah, AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc, is being investigated by the Department of Business and Industry for alleged deceptive trade practice. An administrative subpoena was issued on 1/16/2002 that ordered Hannah to appear in court on 2/20/2002 at 9am and produce certain records relative to a filed complaint. The subpoena was served to Hannah on 1/17/2002. Hannah failed to respond or comply with the administrative subpoena so a warning letter was sent certified mail 4/10/02. Hannah also ignored this warning letter.

Due to an error that a clerk inadvertently made, Hannah was served an amended petition for order compelling compliance with the administrative subpoena duces tecum. He was served on 11/5/2002. On 11/25/2002 it was ordered that Hannah is required to appear before the commissioner, or a representative of the division, and testify about the facts and circumstances concerning the allegation(s) and violation(s) in violation of
NRS 598.0923(3).

Since the time of this filing, another complaint has been registered with Nevada Department of Business and Industry. Court date is pending.

James Hannah AKA Super Sports Auto Restorations Inc AKA Supersport Restoration-Collision lost his business license in May of 2000. The license became inactive 5/31/2000 due to delinquent tax payments. To this date Hannah owes $18,214.88 in back taxes. He is still operating his business without an active business license.
