Be advised, I spoke with Tom and gave him the opportunity to fix the situation before I posted this report. He told me "go ahead and write whatever".  That's exactly what Im going to do.

2 scooters and a trailer were won from a radio station in May. The correspondence from the radio staion  listed 2 VIN's of scooters that were at TXX motorsports to be picked up.  The registration was to be paid by the winner.  Upon arrival, the VIN's did not match the scooters that were given.  Aprox $500 was paid in registrations fee's to TXX motorsports. Paperwork was signed and completed at the dealership. The scooters were taken.

In july only one title was received for one scooter. When DMV was contacted, they had no information on the other scooter.  Numorous messages were left, for Tom, to no avail.  Finally, in September, I was able to reach him. He had a very cavalier attitude about the whole situation entirely. He was told that if the situation was not fixed, there would be a chargeback placed on the registration payment. His reponse was "Go ahead, I've changed business names, and filed BK for TXX motorsports, you will get no money from that merchant". He was also told that there was going to be a DMV investigation report. Again, he had a similar response "You guys can write whatever and do whatever, TXX is no longer a company, thats why its called "supersportz". He then proceeded to tell me he would check with the "registration office and see whats going on, and give a call back....."

A couple clicks of google will tell you quite a bit of information about most companies, and supersportz (formerly known as TXX motorsports) is no different. The ratings are horrible, and very recent.

This guy has an excuse for everything. There is no way anyone should wait 4 months for registeration. He blames DMV, and says the reason why the VIN's are different is because one of them had an electrical issue, and the other was sold.  The story just doesnt add up. I would advise anyone and EVERYONE to take their business elsewhere.

We all just need to learn to get along. As everyone knows, those who hate are those who fear, and those in fear, are in for comfort only. As destroying that zone makes no haste in finding the unknown, to be known at all. With every turn, comes a time, that you find yourself, at another turn, So go left. Or. Maybe Right; whichever way you decide to go, go forward at the least, never back. To judge and critique is a form of hatred, when kindness dominates all, but when we cannot be kind, it is due to incompetence of comprehension. What the ignorant people of the world miscomprehend, is the ability to comprehend, themselves, and their surroundings, making everything that they do, uncomprehensionable, since they cannot even understand the glorly of being nice. Niceness takes courage, as you must be brave to sacrifice your own dignifty for the gain of another's, making you a veteren of peace.

I wish that people didn't have to be cruel to get ahead, nor be forgetful to lose what's not lost, and possibly, above everything, unity will overcome everyone's downfall of being hurtful. Not one bit sorry am I, to hear what the people have to say, because sorrow should be looked at as a form of understanding why. We all ask why anyways, but never do we search for the answers, since wondering is all we've come to known. Eventually all the connards of the world will figure out, that peace, and kindness, will bring out the kindred souls in every body, existing today.

In the meantime, try drinking green tea to relax, I hear that a summer's rain will soothe your upsetfulness.

In response to Melissa's report about her experience with TXX Motorsports I would like to clarify a few points. TXX Motorsports donated the two scooters to be raffled off for one of KFROG's charity organizations. After winning the scooters Melissa failed to register then in a timely manner because she did not want to pay for the fees. It wasn't until she decided to sell them for a profit, three months later, that she realized that she would not be able to sell them until she legally registered the scooters in her name. She sent her sister to TXX Motorsports to register the two scooters but provide an incorrect VIN. One scooter got registered and the other did not. TXX Motorsports employee ask that the scooters be physically brought in to verify the VIN so that the unregistered scooter could get registered. Melissa eventually agreed to bring in the scooter and at that time TXX Motorsports was able to verify the VIN and got the scooter registered.

In addition, I would also like to state that Supersportz has no affiliation with TXX Motorsports. Supersportz is an entirely different company; ownership and management. This can be confirmed by visiting the Articles of Incorporation website. Tom Spiers has no affiliation with Supersportz. We, at Supersportz Inc. are trying to accommodate TXX Motorsports customers however, assume no responsibility. Please be advised that this, or any other, threat, slander or defamation here and after will result in legal action towards company or individual.
