This company is a scam! They will be happy to take your money and then you will not receive any of the services that they promised you.
According to the Better Business Bureau, this company is rated with an "F" company rating. An "F" rating means that the BBB strongly questions the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for it's fraudulent business practices.
The bottom part of Superstar Properties website, on the home page, states in their disclosure that "SSP is not involved in any negotiation of the sale/rental of your property". The president announced to the whole world on this website in 2004 that his company had negotiated a deal with a potential buyer for me. He claims that he contacted me but I declined the offer. This is a total lie! No one ever contacted me about any offer!
I also noticed that there's a new office for this company but it's in California.
