A YOUNG KID CAME TO MY DOOR SELLING MAGAZINES TO RAISE MONEY TO GO ON A TRIP. I SUBSCRIBED TO PEOPLE MAGAZINE AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MAGAZINES. I HAVE THE CHECK THAT CLEARED AND IT HAS THE BANK THAT SUPERSTAR SALES IS DEPOSITING THIS MONEY INTO BUT WHEN I CALLED THE BANK THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!

First of all i am a current agent for superstar sales inc and have been for 3 years. and at no point in time has our sales organization carried "People" magazine. so this is one of the cases where the agent who "sold" you the magazine didnt get your phone number so the company could contact you and tell you we dont carry that publication because he knew he was not supposed to be selling a magazine that is not on our current list. in most cases when a consumer gets "burned" they are burned by the kid knocking on their door not the company.
